ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
IMPORTANT !!! As we live in a remote area (Knysna) we send out orders daily by 1pm. Proof of payment for the order has to be finalized before 12noon, daily, for the order to be sent out on the same day. Delivery takes 2-3 working days and when the orders are sent out to remote areas the delivery time takes longer. There is an extra surcharge to courier fees for dangerous areas or far outlying areas (we have no control over this, our courier service adds these charges to our bill only after your parcel was dispatched), we absorb these costs the first time, but these charges/fees will be loaded onto the client’s next order, once we are made aware of it.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAKE USE OF A THIRD PARTY COURIER SERVICE AND ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE IT IS NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY. ALL ORDERS ARE CHECKED BEFORE IT IS SENT OUT. The client may request insurance on their parcel at an extra cost to them, and may then claim directly from the courier service if there are any damages. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING SHIPPING OR WHILE IN TRANSIT.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days, from the day of delivery of the product. If 14 days have passed, since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange. Some of our products like our lash glue are time sensitive and cannot be returned after 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer but to us and we will handle the return to the manufacturer. There are a one year warrantee on the machine mechanisms. Fallen or mishandled machines or machine handles will not be liable for replacement.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be allocated to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days. We will send a proof of refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@lastingcosmetics.co.za with a description of the fault or problem and when agreed send your item to : 5 Cove street, Knysna, 6571. For the return of goods, mistakenly ordered by the client, the courier fee/fees will be for the client’s account.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should send your product to: 5 Cove street Knysna 6571.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or add a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
